SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Escape The Space, a live escape room venue in Athens, Georgia. By providing your mobile phone number to us, in person, by phone, on our booking pages, or through our contact forms, you agree to these terms and consent to receive text messages from us at that number.

The quick version: we text you about your bookings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help. We never sell or share your number.

What messages you will receive

Our texts are related to your bookings and your conversations with us, including:

Booking confirmations and details
Appointment and arrival reminders
Waiver links for your group
Replies to questions you text or call us about
Occasional service updates about a reservation you have made

This program is for customer care and account notifications. It is not a marketing or promotional program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us, such as making, changing, or asking about a booking.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. Escape The Space does not charge you for these messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to our number and we will stop sending you messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did originally, or text START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and device.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We use your number only to operate this messaging program and to serve your bookings. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
