    ​Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (a.k.a. "The Please-Don't-Steal-Our-Stuff Agreement")
    This Agreement is entered into on this 14/15 day of August, 2025, by and between:
    Escape the Space, located at 540 Hawthorne Ave. Athens, GA (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) &:
    ​1. The Friendly Ask (aka Purpose): You’re here to have fun, not to lift our secret sauce! 😉 As part of your visit to our escape room, you may see, hear, or accidentally deduce clever tricks, puzzles, processes, or business practices (“Confidential Information”). We kindly ask you not to copy, record, reproduce, share, or use them in any way outside this experience.

    2. What You’re Agreeing To: You (the Guest) agree not to:
    • Disclose, replicate, or use any of our designs, ideas, themes, props, puzzles, or operational know-how.
    • Take photos, videos, or audio recordings inside the rooms (unless we give you the green light).
    • Use what you learn here to build or contribute to similar games, rooms, or concepts without our written permission.

    3. Duration of Agreement: This NDA lasts for 2 years from the date above (because secrets are fun longer when they stay secret).

    4. Legal Stuff (Brief, We Promise): This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. This is a legally binding document, even if it’s wrapped in jokes and good vibes.

    5. Sign With a Smile: By signing below, you agree not to spill our secrets, recreate our cleverness, or be that person. We appreciate your respect for our creativity and hard work.
