Help for ETS Team and ETS Phones

ETS Team and ETS Phones are the apps the Escape The Space crew uses to run the venue in Athens, Georgia. They are for our team members only, and you need an account from us to sign in.

Signing in

Accounts are made by Escape The Space. There is no public sign-up.
Forgot your password or PIN? Ask an owner to reset it.
New to the team? Your welcome message has your sign-in details.

Notifications

Open Settings, then Notifications, then pick the app, and make sure Allow Notifications is on.
ETS Team uses notifications for open games and schedule changes. You can answer some of them right from the Lock Screen.
ETS Phones uses notifications for incoming calls and texts on the business line.

Calls in ETS Phones

Calls use Wi-Fi or mobile data, so a strong connection gives the clearest sound.
If the other person can't hear you, check that the app is allowed to use the microphone in Settings.

The Home Screen widget

Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose ETS Team to see your next game at a glance.
