Escape The Space – Full Waiver & Acknowledgment

Quick Summary

Escape The Space experiences involve physical activity, enclosed spaces, problem-solving under time constraints, and interactive challenges. Participation carries inherent risks. By continuing, you accept all risks and release Escape The Space, LLC from liability, including claims arising from negligence.

Who Can Participate

  • Built for adults but playable with teens/minors.
  • 1 adult, coach, or teacher required for every 2–3 minors.
  • Minors may NOT arrive or play alone.
  • Participants must follow all facility rules to ensure safety.

□ Parking Policy

To Parke at our facility...Carpooling is REQUIRED. Our entrance space is 100% reserved for onsite participants (ticket holders) only...who plan on parking for the 1:15 hour duration of the experience.
No drop-offs at the main entrance.

If drop-off is unavoidable, use our approved location:

  • Hawthorne Animal Hospital
  • Saturday/Sunday – all day
  • Weekdays after 6PM

Failure to comply will result in a $75 charge.

Assumption of Risk & Responsibility

Participation involves risks including but not limited to: slips, falls, collisions, equipment malfunction, confined spaces, actions of other participants, and negligence. Participants assume all risks voluntarily and understand that injuries, property damage, or death may occur.

Medical Considerations

The experiences may place unusual stress on the body. Individuals with asthma, epilepsy, cardio/respiratory disorders, hypertension, skeletal/joint conditions, or certain mental illnesses should consult a medical professional before participating. Pregnant persons or those under the influence of alcohol should not participate.

Release of Liability & Waiver of Claims

By participating, I voluntarily waive, release, and discharge Escape The Space, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and affiliates ("Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of participation, including those resulting from negligence. I assume all risks associated with participation.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from claims by third parties arising from my participation. This agreement is binding on my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and representatives.

This waiver is governed by Georgia law. Any litigation shall be filed exclusively in Athens, Georgia. I acknowledge that Releasees may remove participants from the premises for unsafe behavior.

I consent to photographs and videos being taken and used for marketing purposes.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Parking Policy.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Drop-Off Policy.
