​All tickets are good for the date and time they are purchased for. Tickets are non transferable, non refundable, & non exchangeable. As stated in the booking process, we will not offer refunds for cancellations and/or no shows. If you receive a gift card, or have paid the rescheduling fee for extenuating circumstances, your code will be good for 1 year from its creation date. There are no exceptions.
