Our rooms are built for adults. Any group with minors must have 1 supervising adult for every 3 kids. Adults must stay in the room — there are no waiting areas.
Everyone Needs a Ticket

Every person entering the facility — adult or child — must have a ticket and must be inside the escape room for the full experience. No spectators.
Waivers Required for Minors

Minors need a signed waiver from their legal guardian. After booking you'll receive a shareable link so everyone can sign in advance.
Need Extra Adult Coverage?

If you don't have enough adults, you can add a trained staff member to your room for $35 — they reduce the required adult ratio and help guide your team.

Doors Open 15 Minutes Early

We open our doors 15 minutes before every escape start time. Plan to arrive then — not at game time. Late arrivals affect your group and the next team.
Parking — 540 Hawthorne Ave

Our lot at 540 Hawthorne Ave is for ticket holders staying the full hour inside a room. Each room gets up to 4 spaces — carpool where possible.
Drop-Off — 530 Hawthorne Ave

Dropping someone off? Use the lot next door at 530 Hawthorne Ave (Hawthorne Animal Hospital). Available weekdays after 6pm and weekends all day. Do not use our lot — it triggers a $75 fee.
The Booker Shares the Plan

Whoever books is responsible for making sure every participant knows the arrival time, parking info, and drop-off location before they show up.

Arrive 30 minutes early with exclusive access to a private food-friendly space for cake, team prep, or celebrating. Includes early Gaming Lobby access. Flat rate for groups of 2–12.
