WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?
Dress comfortably, but consider clothes that adequately cover you and your person-hood :)

HOW YOUNG IS TOO YOUNG?
- Our rooms are designed with adults in mind. However, we are a family friendly business and have options available for all ages.
- ALL ages are welcome for private events. We require a minimum of 1 adult for every 2 to 3 "kids" under the age of 16 participating in any escape room. If you have questions or special circumstances, please call or text us at 706-389-5931.
- For minors (under 18) we will require each child's guardian to sign our Liability Waiver ATTACHED HERE. (This can be done digitally or via paper. All minors (field trips, birthdays, no matter the event) will need a waiver or they can’t participate.
AM I SMART ENOUGH?
Yes. It is important to remember that you will not be in the space alone. There will be a group comprised of people with differing skill sets and educational backgrounds. Don't allow nerves to keep you out. This is a fun and interactive event for everyone! You won't know the answers to ALL of the clues but you will know some, and the ones you figure out, others won't. If you get stuck, there are ways to have a little help from the Room Runner. It's all about the team solving the mystery together... and trying to escape the space. Also, we design these rooms to be solvable. We generally sit around a 59-60% success rate.
WHEN ARE YOU ACTUALLY OPEN?!
Our facility is by appointment only. For the safety of the clients locked in an escape room on-site, if you attempt to stop by and stroll in, you will be met with a locked door. With this, book all appointments a minimum of 24 hours in advance or contact us by phone or text from 9AM - 9PM (Wednesday-Sunday) to reach our team directly. CONTACT US
IS THERE PARKING?
With limited parking at our facility, we are calling on all #escapeartists to unite & carpool to each event. Every great escape requires a little time to prepare. Take advantage of your ride time to strategize. Aside from optimizing your chances of #victory, there is the added bonus of reducing carbon emissions. You know, saving the planet for the future of all humanity and the rest of that GREEN MINDED HIPPIE STUFF. :-) #winning
RESTROOM BREAKS - CLAUSTROPHOBIA
We will not force anyone to have an accident... or a panic attack. That said, please make sure you have taken precautions to ensure your ability to remain in the space for the entire 60 minutes, if possible. Team members leaving the room while the event is underway will likely hurt the overall experience for others. Note that all of our large rooms are just that...LARGE. There is ample space to feel comfortable, and there are also emergency exit doors in every escape room so you can escape no matter what if necessary.

We do offer STUDENT NIGHTS for $22 (+tax) per person on Wednesdays. Simply use discount code "STUDENT" as the promo code while booking.
CAN WE USE THIS FOR TEAM BUILDING?

NO! All events are now private experiences, by default. Come, relax, have a great time with your people. 🔒💯🔓
WHAT ABOUT BIRTHDAYS?
Yes. We LOVE celebrating birthdays!!! Whether you call/text or book online, make sure to mention it’s for a birthday celebration so we can include our extra fun birthday things (at no extra cost):
Keep in mind that the default experience you purchase is for an ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE and does NOT include time/space for food and beverage. For most clients, the escape room experience is truly joyous enough. We LOVE CELEBRATING birthdays, but we are focused on the escape room client experience. So come, have fun, smile a lot….then go our for snacks :)
ABSOLUTELY ZERO “DROP OFF” at our facility. any car that arrives must have a ticket and intend on being parked at the facility for the entire experience. Parents ARE NOT PERMITTED to “drop their children off”.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booking time. You will need to sign waivers, lock up phones and purses, use the restroom...and all of this before we begin at your event’s start time. We have an amazing space for you to hang out while you wait...where you are free to play pool, arcade games, table top puzzles, and so much more.
WHAT IF I’M LATE?
All events begin with or without you. You are one of multiple rooms with multiple people every other hour of the day. As such, we can’t do “late”. If you have booked a private room, you can always get into your room, but the clock will be started on time...so if you are late to a private event, you can still play the room...you will simply have less time. There are no refunds for missed appointments.
HOW OFTEN ARE THERE NEW PUZZLES?
We have four rooms available at all times, unless one is under construction. They all rotate and switch throughout the year providing plenty of options with each theme lasting a year...and rebuilt on quarterly rotations. HOW LONG ARE TICKETS GOOD FOR?
All tickets are good for the date and time they are purchased for. Tickets are non transferable, non refundable, and non exchangeable. As stated in the booking process, we will not offer refunds for cancelations and/or no shows. If you receive a gift card, or you have had an excused absence and paid the rescheduling fee, your code will be good for 1 year from its creation date. There are no exceptions.
